First a Romanian Foundation “Fundatia pentru Dezvoltarea Asociatiilor de Ajutor Mutual” (FDAAM-Flandra) was established from the second project in 1999. It is a cooperation between VZW Geels Roemeniëkomitee, Christelijke Mutualiteit and Somepro.

The Board of Directorsof FDAAM consists of three  Flemings and two Romanians. Thereafter, from the National Foundation of the first local mutualistic organization "Asociatia The Ajutor Mutual Slatina-Timis" (ADAMSlatina-Timis) was established. The board of directors of this consists of six Romanians and one Fleming. 

ADAMSLatina-Timis is a democratic movement: all members make the general meeting and elect the board of directors, which manages the medical-social center, develops the first-line health care and undertakes all kinds of social actions and activities. Each member pays an annual membership fee. ADAMSLatina-Timis  also was the first organization in Romania that signed a contract with the regional health insurance CJAS.

ADAMSlatina-Timis has employed the following personnel: one family doctor, three assistants, two dentists: 1 in Slatina and 1 in Verendin,a cleaning lady, a bookkeeper and a local coordinator. The pharmacy space is rented fully furnished with a contract over reimbursement rates for members ADAMSlatina-Timis
